As it is understood that things happen, we have to make sure that all parties are being cared for and other clients are allowed to book an appointment in Lue of your absence. If you will be late please call of text 804-294-3131. You are allowed a 15 min grace period. Beyond that point you may be asked to reschedule.

You have 48 hours to notify stylist of cancelation without fee.  If Client cancels later than 48 hours but reschedules , deposit will be forfeited. If client cancels within 24 hours without rescheduling  is a no show deposit will be forfeited and $30 no show fee will be due before allowed to book an appointment in the future.

REFUNDS

5-7 days

Refunds will be issued by means of payment. If by care refund will be processed immediately. Banks will process back to your card which may take 5-7 days. if Pais via cash app cash or belle refund can be immediate.
